One of the dirtbags who stole a donation jar intended for a 7-year-old San Tan Valley girl who has cancer seems to enjoy drinking lime-flavored American beer.
That seems to be the case because he was caught on camera stealing a case of Bud Light Lime from a Walgreens just a few days before he decided to jack money meant for a little girl who's fighting cancer.
In case you missed the previous story, two people have stolen donation jars that 7-year-old Dakota Clark's family uses to cover food expenses.
Pinal County Sheriff's Office spokesman Elias Johnson told New Times that two different people stole the jars from Walgreens stores, although it's possible the two people are working together.
It turns out, the same guy who stole the donation jar on August 9 had just visited another Walgreens store three days prior -- to steal a couple cases of Bud Light Lime with his buddy.
PCSO says the beer theft occurred at the same Walgreens that the first donation jar was taken from. The Walgreens that the second donation jar was stolen from is about three miles away.
Even though it doesn't get much scummier than stealing from a little
girl with cancer, Johnson says the men would probably be charged with
simple theft, since they took less than $1,000 -- which would appear to be the case with the beer, too.
You can see the large-sized images of the beer-and-donation-stealing dirtbag below, who wore the same t-shirt on both occasions:
