Today in Found at the Border: A 34-year-old Mexican national tried to come into the United States through Nogales yesterday with thousands of jalapeño cans.
The problem was that 2,000 of those cans were light on the jalapeños, but heavy on the marijuana -- more than 3,000 pounds of it, in total.

The man, who wasn't named by Customs and Border Protection officials, drove his tractor-trailer into the Nogales Commercial Facility yesterday, when his shipment of canned jalapeños was selected for additional inspection.
The drug-sniffing dog wasn't thrown off by the jalapeños, and nearly 3,300 pounds of weed was found inside 2,000 cans.
Like many before him, the driver was turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
