Maybe one Sunday in late March, you went into the Circle K on the northwest corner of Indian School Road and 59th Avenue to get a winning lottery ticket and some Cheeze-Its, and you saw something.
Maybe on March 26 at 11:12 a.m. you saw three men or boys doing something like this.
Phoenix police are now looking for those three suspects, and are asking your help for any information to catch them. They are offering a $1,000 reward.
According to police, the trio went into Circle K that morning, made a beeline for the cold drinks, and then chose to stroll behind the counter with a black semiautomatic handgun. They took what police said were “various items” and then fled on foot.
The video shows them leaving with what appear to be two metal boxes. They resemble cash trays from the till. After they burst through the glass door, one of them bumps into someone — maybe it was you — drops the box, comes back, grabs it, and takes off.
Police describe the first suspect as 5-feet, 6-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds and wearing a white sweatshirt and black shorts. The second suspect is 5-feet, 8-inches, weighs 150 pounds, has blue eyes, and wore a grey sweatshirt and black pants. The third is 5-feet, 6-inches, weighs 140 pounds, and wore a baseball cap, beige jacket, and black pants.
