Steer clear of Mesa if you don't want to see the junk of a child -- a teenage serial flasher is on the loose.

The Mesa Police Department says a kid between the ages of 14 and 18 has exposed himself to at least six women since February.

Mesa Detective Michael Melendez says the flasher will approach women, get their attention, and then lift up his shirt, displaying his penis. He then flees on foot.

The suspect has not tried to physically harm anyone.

Five of the six incidents have occurred at the Indian Springs Apartment at 1030/1031 South Stewart Street in Mesa.

The suspect is described as a white male with blond hair. In his latest flashing June 5, the suspect was seen with short, spiked hair, and sporting a pink cast on his hand.

Anyone with information about Mesa's teenage flasher is asked to Mesa police at 480-644-2211 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
