Fiegel, of Mesa, waltzed into the Predator's Reptile Center pet store last month, stuffed a few baby snakes -- including one rare albino boa constrictor -- in his pants, and walked out without paying.
That night, police say, Fiegel went back to the store and did the exact same thing.
According to court documents, he then went and sold some of the snakes at another pet store for about $175.
The animals he stole are worth quite a bit more than the $175 Fiegel raked in -- some are worth nearly $1,000.
The thefts happened on July 30, but Mesa police didn't catch up with Fiegel until yesterday, after he was identified by witnesses.
