Straight from the you can't make this shit up files, we'd like to congratulate Max Wilson, who now stands alone as the only member of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors without some sort of scandal attached to his name.

Until today, Wilson shared that honor with fellow Republican Supervisor Fulton Brock. Now, not so much.

Brock's wife, Susan, 48, was arrested yesterday afternoon for allegedly carrying out a sexual relationship with a teenage boy for the last three years.

While sleeping with an older woman is often the dream of teenage boys, the stuff Brock was allegedly doing with the victim is more bizarre than hot.

According to court documents, Chandler police got a call Friday from the father of the victim. He said he'd found some sexually charged text messages from someone named "Timmy Turner" on his son's cell phone.

The phone, it turns out, was a gift from Susan Brock. And "Timmy Turner," police say, was her alias when contacting the victim.

With the jig now up, the 17-year-old victim told police that he and Brock had a sexual relationship for at least three years -- since the boy was only 14.

During that time, the victim says, he and Brock had up to 30 sexual encounters that included "masturbatory contact and oral sex."

In other instances, the victim told police Brock used "at least three vibrating massagers to stimulate his penis to the point of ejaculation on numerous occasions."

The last encounter between Brock and the victim happened about October 5.

Obviously, a sexual relationship between a 48-year-old woman and a teenage boy needs to be kept under wraps, so Brock allegedly would pick up the boy from his school or house, drive to a remote location, put the seats in the car down, and do the deed.

Before picking him up, Brock allegedly told the victim to tell his parents that he was "going jogging" so they wouldn't suspect anything.

In other instances, the victim says, Brock would take him to her house -- presumably when her county supervisor husband wasn't home -- where the two would have sex.

In an even more bizarre twist, Brock would sometimes take the boy to her mother's house for sex.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any stranger, enter the victim's teenage girlfriend.

According to the court documents, the victim's girlfriend's parents forbade their daughter from seeing the victim. So Brock decided to help out.

According to the court docs, Brock set up meetings between the two kids, where she provided them with condoms and let them have sex at her house -- again, presumably when he county supervisor husband wasn't home.

Brock's been charged with two counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Fulton Brock's office is in the process of getting us a statement from the supervisor. Stay tuned.
