Tickets will be available at the door at an increased price of $45. Overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices? Scope out our top picks for can’t-miss-beers before you go. Bootleggers Two Year Anniversary Celebration
Saturday, May 16

Can you imagine doing something successfully for a full two years? We can’t even manage to successfully get through the morning without eating the leftovers we packed for lunch. Don’t worry, this Saturday you can celebrate someone else’s success at the two year anniversary of the Phoenix location of Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse. Stuff yourself at the barbeque carving stations, and wash it down with samples of Ole Smokey’s moonshine. And $2 tacos? Pretty sure ordering a half dozen of those for yourself means success. The North Phoenix location of Bootleggers is located at 3375 East Shea Boulevard.

Monthly Mashup at Talavera
Sunday, May 17

This Sunday, the Talavera kitchen at the Four Seasons and its chef Mel Mecinas will host chef Christopher Gross of Chrisopher’s and Crush Lounge. The two chefs will team up for a four-course tasting menu, taking diners on a tour of their combined culinary backgrounds. The two chefs will collaborate on smoked salmon and escargot for an amuse bouche, and the rest of the courses will switch between chefs, highlighting ingredients such as diver scallop, maple leaf duck breast, and rack of lamb. The dinner costs $95 per person with the option to add a $35 wine pairing. Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. at 10600 East Crescent Moon Drive in North Scottsdale. See the Talavera website for more information or to reserve your spot.
