400 Jobs Ready to Be Filled at New Sky Harbor Restaurants

Four-hundred positions are in need of filling as the cache of new restaurants inside Terminal 4 in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport prepare to open. HMSHost, the international airport restaurateur in charge of the food program, will open more than 15 new eateries throughout Terminal 4 including local faves such as Cowboy Ciao, Cartel Coffee Lab, and La Grande Orange.

For those who are interested in applying, HMSHost will be putting on a job fair today, March 5, through Thursday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day at the Phoenix Airport Marriott.

The first five restaurants to open will be: Sauce, Barrio Café, Blanco Tacos + Tequila, Starbucks Coffee, and Modern Burger.

HMSHost is looking to initially fill 120 positions with a total of 400 over the next eight months. Positions include experienced high-end, line and grill cooks, baristas, cashiers, hosts and hostesses, servers, dishwashers, and warehouse personnel. Positions for experienced restaurant managers, assistant managers, and shift supervisors are also available.
