The Valley’s foremost canned beer festival is gearing up for its biggest celebration yet.
On Saturday, May 13, the award-winning AmeriCAN Canned Craft Beer Festival will return for its seventh straight year, expanding to Margaret T. Hance Park to offer more space in a centralized location near downtown.
Despite the new setting, festival-goers can still expect heaps of quality canned craft brews. More than 250 beers from over 100 breweries from 40 states are anticipated at the frothy festival, including plenty of beers not usually available in Arizona. Also on tap: live music, food, a beer science garden, seminars, friendly competitions, and, of course, a beer garden.
Plus, in the week leading up to the festival, more than 40 certified beer judges will offer a glimpse of what festival-goers can expect, as the group will be sampling beers and voting on their favorites on a live stream available on the Canned Craft Beer website.
Tickets are on sale now. General admission tickets are $35 online and $45 the day of the festival. VIP tickets, which include exclusive access to the VIP beer garden, early entry, and much more, are $100 online while supplies last. Designated driver tickets are also available for just $20. All attendees must be 21 or over.
