Bisbee Breakfast Club Coming to Mesa in February

Next month, the East Valley will get a taste of southern Arizona courtesy of the Bisbee Breakfast Club.

The popular breakfast and lunch hangout, known for its lively atmosphere and generous portion sizes (see: three-egg omelets and loaded buttermilk pancakes), opened in a converted glass factory in 2005 in Bisbee.

Restaurateur Chris Reece bought the Bisbee Breakfast Club (BBC) in 2011 and opened a second location shortly thereafter in Tucson. This February, Reece plans to unveil the newest BBC at 2909 South Dobson Road in Mesa (formerly Inka Fest).

Here's what diners can expect.

Along with the omelets and flapjacks, BBC's breakfast offerings include chicken fried steak and eggs with spicy sausage gravy; eggs Zorba with spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese; and south-of-the-border favorites like huevos rancheros and chilaquiles.

For lunch, expect a selection of sandwiches, along with dishes like a coffee-charred chicken breast salad and a third-pound Sonoran Burger topped with guacamole, chiles, and pepper jack cheese.

BBC also will serve a selection of housemade desserts.
