Get ready for a match made in Phoenix imbibing heaven when Arizona Distilling Company pairs with the folks at Crudo for a one-of-a-kind cocktail dinner. The local whiskey maker, reportedly the only one to legally produce spirits in Arizona since Prohibition, has quickly made a name in local watering holes with everywhere from Casey Moore's, Little Woody, and Crescent Ballroom serving its flagship spirit, Copper City Bourbon. Now Copper City is about to get the royal treatment at the hands of Bar Crudo's head mixologist, Micah Olson, and we have the rundown on the full menu.

As if a meal made by Cullen Campbell with drinks by Micah Olson featuring Arizona Distilling Company's whiskey wasn't enough to whet your appetite, diners at the Sunday, November 17, event will be among the first to sample the distillery's unreleased 100 percent desert durum wheat whiskey. Though the bourbon features the local heirloom grain, it's primarily made from corn mash, which is what makes it a bourbon. This completely original take on whiskey is sure to put Arizona on the map once released -- who knows, maybe someday folks will be buying bottles of durum as much as bourbon, rye or scotch. All guessing aside, here's exactly what you can expect from the cocktail dinner at Crudo:

First Course: Ahi & Beef Tendon Marmalade with Grilled Flatbread with Copper City Bourbon, Cointreau, Orgeat, Lime & Angostura Bitters

Second Course: Mac n' Headcheese with Fonduta & Bread Crumbs with Copper City Bourbon, Lustau East India Solera Sherry, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Muddled Orange Slice & Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

Third Course: Salt & Pepper Ribs with Saba & Herb Salad with Copper City Bourbon, Luxardo Abano Amaro, Muddled Strawberry, Lemon Juice & Pink Peppercorn Tincture

Fourth Course: Bread Pudding with Panna Cotta & Copper City Caramel with Served with a taste of AZ Distilling Co.'s private, unreleased 100% Desert Durum Wheat Whiskey.

The Crudo and Arizona Distilling Co. cocktail dinner will be at Crudo at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, November 17. Tickets for the dinner are $50 plus tax and tip per person and can be reserved by calling 602-358-8666.
