The Guilty Pleasure: Bean and Cheese Burrito with Sour Cream, Rice, and Potatoes Where To Get It: Any Filiberto's location Price: $7.01 What It Really Costs: Strange Glances at the Drive-Thru Window

It's nice to eat local and organic, but after one too many drinks on a Friday night, the prospect of going home to a near-empty fridge and assembling something from fig jam and kale and whatever else you have yet to eat in there is just sad. If you can just swallow your food snob pride for a minute, Filiberto's will make sure that you never have to go home alone after a party.

The 24-hour drive-thru chain has outposts all over town, so, chances are, if you can get you can somehow coax your über-driver to pull through a Filiberto's, you'll be able to find one on your way home. Plus, the food tastes pretty much the same at each one, so there's no guess work as to what you'll get.

There's plenty to choose from on the menu, including rolled tacos, chicken enchiladas, tortas, tostadas, and more. However, a hangover looms, a burrito concoction that we like to call the "starch bomb" burrito is the only way to go. Fresh tortilla, refried beans, cheese, crema, potatoes, and rice -- yeah, it's not the kind of thing you should eat every day, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Admittedly, this stick-to-your-ribs combo was an invention of ours back in our college days, a time riddled with both heavy drinking and vegetarianism (yes, Filiberto's beans are lard-free). However, the burrito is still a mainstay in our late-night dining habits, even getting back on the meat train.

The potatoes satisfy any French fry craving you likely have at that time of night, while the beans are smooth and comforting. The crema is tangy and the cheese is gooey. The rice is pretty much there to help soak up what the tortilla can't handle.

It's definitely not the most flavorful or refined menu option, even at Filiberto's, but it's essentially a vehicle for hot sauce. Just make sure to insist on an unreasonable amount of sauce when driving through or you'll likely get one little cup, which is not nearly enough when it's as watery as it is at Filiberto's.

Worst-case scenario: you wake up with a half-eaten burrito and four containers of hot sauce in your fridge the next morning. And let's admit it: That's not such a bad thing.
