Where will folks in Arcadia go for 20- and 14-inch pizzas made in a hearth-stone oven? Giant Rustic Pizza hopes it will be 3945 East Camelback Road (formerly Taco del Mar) in the Arcadia Village Shopping Center.
The second location of the takeout and delivery restaurant from John Wunder, owner of Ocho Locos Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in Anthem, opens at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 30.

Giant's menu features large, hearth-baked pizzas ($14-$20) as well as wings ($7/$11), salads ($9), sides like spinach artichoke dip ($7), and sandwiches ($8) on homemade bread.
Pizzas, available in 20-inch and 14-inch sizes, start with dough made with Midwestern flour and spring water. Along with over 10 signature creations, customers can also opt to customize their own with ingredients like Fresno chilies, sun-dried tomatoes, and Genoa salami. Giant's signature 20-inch pie comes topped with tomato sauce and nearly a pound of whole-milk Wisconsin mozzarella cheese.
Diners are invited to bring their own beer or wine (small corkage fee) to enjoy with their meal.
The first location of Giant Rustic Pizza opened in North Scottsdale in March. For more information and to see the menu, go to the Giant Rustic Pizza website.
