Susie Timm of Girl Meets Fork and Kirti Dwivedi from Diya Marketing have been busy ladies!

Earlier this month, they brought us the Pancake Quest and next month it's the Grilled Cheese Throwndown.

Join Timm, Dwiveti, and the American Cheese Society February 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Scottsdale Valley Ho's new Sands Conference Center (formerly Trader Vic's) for more grilled cheese then you probably ever thought you would eat in three hours.

Ten Valley chef's (we're not sure who yet) will be competing for the title of "Best Grilled Cheese" and you'll get to try them all and vote for your favorite. Last year, Sean Currid of Cafe ZuZu took home the 1st place prize and the team from Brittlebush Bar & Grill won the peoples choice award. We're excited to see who the contenders are for this year's throwdown!

Last year's event, which was held at 5th & Wine, sold out in advance. If you want to go, we suggest getting your tickets ($20 per person) ahead of time. Click here to make that happen.
