Sounds like things are a bit too wild, over at Wild West Cowboy Steakhouse Mexican at 104 E. Monroe Street in Phoenix.

An inspection last month revealed some relatively minor concerns -- like an improperly stored ice scoop, and a bottle of rubbing alcohol next to the spices -- and some more significant. Here, read for yourself, direct from the Maricopa County inspection report:

FLY STRIP HANGING IN KITCHEN AREA WITH LARGE ACCUMULATION OF DEAD FLIES/INSECTS. FLY STRIPS ARE TO BE REMOVED REGULARLY TO PREVENT ACCUMULATION.

EMPLOYEE CHOPPING PORK ON BACK PREP TABLE (PORK 48-64'F). EMPLOYEE KEPT LEAVING PERFORMING OTHER TASK. COLD POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE TO BE HELD AT 41'F OR BELOW. PORK WAS PLACED IN WALK-IN COOLER UNCOVERED FOR RAPID COOLING...

EMPLOYEE NOT WASHING HAND AFTER HANDLING RAW STEAK AND EMPLOYEE CRACKING EGGS CONTINUE TO WORK WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. EMPLOYEE HANDS ARE TO BE PROPERLY WASHED BETWEEN CHANGING GLOVES/TASK. EMPLOYEES PROPERLY WASHED HANDS.

BEEF LIPS THAWING UNDER PREP TABLE. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE TO BE THAWED USING ACCEPTABLE METHODS (UNDER CONSTANT RUNNING WATER OR IN WALK-IN/REACH-IN COOLER) INSTRUCTED EMPLOYEE TO PLACE MEAT IN WALK-IN COOLER.

Beef lips. Heh heh.
