Restaurants have you in their sights, dear budget-minded foodie. They know you're just as hungry as ever, but that you don't mind a sweet deal once in awhile. Not to mention, they sort of get off on the creative challenge of coming up with an appealing prix fixe menu that'll capture your attention (and maybe some of your cash). Check out a few of the latest deals around town:

NOCA just unveiled its newest schedule for its Sunday-only, three-course Simple Supper ($35): NOCA Simple Supper Schedule Feb. 15- Mar. 15.pdf 

$35 is also the going rate for Roy's three-course winter prix fixe menu, available through March 31: Roy's winter prix fixe menu.doc That's their chocolate souffle pictured above.

At Sushi Roku, the new "Appetite Stimulus Menu" will run you $30, and it's available nightly: Sushi Roku prix fixe menu.doc

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is offering a choice of one of three entrees, a soup or salad, one side dish, and dessert, for $35.95, thourgh March 19: Fleming's winter prix fixe menu.doc

For the entire month of February, Quiessence is serving its "Lady & the Tramp Dinner" for two (which includes a bottle of Dos Cabezas red wine) for the cheeky price of $69: Quiessence Feb prix fixe.pdf  

And starting February 17, Sol y Sombra will feature a rotating monthly three-course prix fixe (including a pitcher of sangria) for $35.
