In these hyper-reflective times, photographing your food is almost as important as eating it. If you're not on Instagram, what are you waiting for?! The filters make even your biggest kitchen disaster look downright delicious.

Here's what you need to do.

1. Get on Instagram (if you aren't already). 2. Follow Chow Bella at @chowbellaphx (if you aren't already). 3. Post a photo (or more than one) of something involving your Thanksgiving feast -- whether you're eating in or out or just drinking your dinner. Show us your prep work, your handiwork, your disasters. Tag the photos #chowbellathanksgiving. Deadline for posting: 5 pm Friday, November 23.

We'll toss your name in the hat for an apron. Winners will be announced Monday on Chow Bella. And we just might share your photo.
