Yesterday, Michele Laudig, ex-restaurant critic and food blogger for Phoenix New Times, launched her own blog. And it looks amazing.

With an orange banner reading Michele Laudig, Agent of Secrets - Eater of Culture, Laudig's blog (once you get past the beautiful photography) tells tales of the high-tech new Macallan ice mold happening at Citizen Public House, her current favorite dish at Windsor, and a quick and cleverly done salad recipe.

More details after the jump.

This is Laudig's second big splash since recently having her artistic skills highlighted on the cover of Edible Phoenix magazine this spring. And she dishes on her blog that she's done several more illustrations for another project still under wraps.

While many lament that they have never seen Michele Laudig, I have. And I can tell you she's a beautiful person -- inside and out. I know I speak not only for myself but for the whole gang at Chow Bella (the whole New Times staff, for that matter) when I say we wish her much success and happiness with her new endeavor.
