As Eliot Wexler, owner of the venerated Noca in east Phoenix told me, the decision to do a one-night-only, five-course dinner pairing between his restaurant and that of Posh, the restaurant of improvisational cuisine in Scottsdale from chef-owner Josh Hebert, happened rather suddenly -- as in last week.
"So Josh [Hebert] and I were eating the Wagyu Beef Combo at Nocawich . . ."
At 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 28, Noca and Posh -- along with their respective chefs, Claudio Urciuoli and Josh Hebert -- will team up to host a five-course "dine around" spanning both restaurants in a single night courtesy of "the cruiser," a bus that will take guests from Noca to Posh and back to Noca. And at $60 (not including libation pairings), it's a wallet-friendly way to experience both restaurants in one evening.
Here's the menu and additional details.
