It's been a good month for lovers of the magical fire sauce known as Huy Fong Sriracha hot chili sauce. The culmination of this impromptu celebration of one of the world's most celebrated hot sauces is this:
Sriracha Hot Cock Boxer Briefs and similarly themed --but in our opinion inferior-- women's Sriracha briefs.
It should come as no surprise that The Oatmeal is selling either of these items given the author's well articulated affection for the heavenly mixture of garlic and spice.
It should also not be much of a surprise to learn that The Oatmeal has partnered with the makers of Baconaise and Bacon Lube to create the next evolutionary step in snacking technology: Sriracha-flavored popcorn.
While there's a week backlog on Sriracha popcorn orders, initial reports indicate that it tastes about as good as you'd think. Namely amazing, because how could popcorn taste anything but terrific when coated in garlic and chili?
All the news isn't happy though. A bike shop in New York City recently started selling a sharply designed Sriracha water bottle that fits neatly in most bike bottle holders. Unfortunately their initial production run sold out almost instantly and it appears that they have no interest in making another one.
