SanTan Brewing Company is celebrating American Craft Beer Week, which kicks off today, with a daily "Burger & Beer" pairing. Each day this week, the downtown Chandler microbrewery will create a different specialty burger to complement one of its unique ales:

Today: Smoked bacon cheeseburger, a half-pound grilled patty with chipotle smoked bacon, aged Vermont white cheddar, chive aioli, lettuce and tomato on a potato bun. Served with kettle chips. (paired with SanTan's Epicenter Ale)

uesday: Japanese steakhouse burger, a half-pound American Kobe patty wih wasabi steak sauce, fried onion straws, lettuce and tomato on a sesame seed bun. Served with garlic herb fries. (SunSpot Gold)

Wednesday: Mango chicken curry burger, a grilled patty of ground chicken breast and yellow curry paste topped with a fiery mango chutney on house-made Naan bread. Served with sweet potato fries. (Hefeweizen)

Thursday: Spicy chorizo and potato burger, a half-pound of spicy beef chorizo and dice seasoned potatoes grilled with roasted red chili sauce and a fried egg on an onion roll. Served with chipole-dusted kettle chips. (specialty brew)

Friday: Fire-grilled Salmon burger, a blend of Atlantic salmon, roased red peppers and onion grilled and topped with rosemary habanero aoili and smoked bacon on soudough ciabatta. Served with kettle chips. (Devil's Ale)

Saturday: Stilton-stuffed lamb burger, pepper-crusted patty of garlic-spiked ground lamb stuffed with Stilton cheese and topped with a roasted garlic aioli on an onion roll. Served with garlic herb fries. (HopShock IPA)

Sunday: Turkey mole burger, a six-ounce ground turkey patty smothered with a red mole sauce and cotija cheese on an onion roll. Served with sweet potato fries. (Gordo Stout)

Burger prices range from $9.50 to $10.50.
