Staying in? We've got you covered -- both on the culinary and entertainment fronts. Now presenting Dinner and a Movie -- a guide to a do it yourself evening of food and film.

Spring Break is upon us and those of us who are staying home while our friends go beachside o to frolic in the ocean and tequila need not be jealous. You can conjure that tipsy, sexy feeling at home with this week's film and food combo. It will be just like being at a resort town at spring break, only without the STDs.

Film: Y Tu Mamá También (2001) (Go with the unrated version)

Popcorn Alternative: Palomitas con Limon y Chile (Popcorn with Lemon and Chile)

Entrée: Chilaquiles

Beverage: La Paloma (a tequila and grapefruit cocktail)

Get sauced after the jump.

Remove oil from the pan, and give it a quick wipe. You do not want it to be too greasy. Put some of the tortilla pieces back in the pan, ladle some sauce, then shredded cheese (we used colby and queso blanco), onions, leftover rotisserie chicken, etc. Then layer more sauce and tortilla pieces just as you would if you were making enchiladas. In fact, chilaquiles are basically a messy enchilada

Once you have layered everything, plate it and garnish with your favorite toppings: cheese, cilantro, chopped onions. Save some for the next morning, topped with an egg, chilaquiles are the perfect cure for a hangover!
