Sign up for Pinon Grill at Millennium Resort Scottsdale for this Saturday's Sonoran Fall Menu Cooking Class. Executive Chef Gary Mlinarich will teach you how to make a three-course sonoran meal and you get to eat it. The first course is borracho shrimp followed by portabella mushroom salad and finished with adobo turkey. All courses will also be paired with wine. $30++ per person. Call 480-367-2422 to RSVP.
