Either way, TEXAZ Grill wants to hear from you. The Texas-themed eatery, known for its killer chicken-fried steak, is celebrating its upcoming 25th anniversary by publishing a new book called In the Heart of TEXAZ, a compilation of recipes inspired by the Lone Star State.
Amateur cooks and professional chefs alike are invited to submit their favorite dishes. An application is available on the restaurant's website, and entries are due as soon as possible -- the book goes to press August 1 and will be out in October. Yee haw!
