CityScape, downtown's newest highrise (and ongoing restaurant scene saga) of residential, retail, office, and hotel components, has announced three new restaurants opening in the coming weeks: a second location of Scottsdale's The Breakfast Club and Barrista Bar, The Strand, a fast-casual Italian restaurant, and the Mexican grill, Chipotle.

The news comes less than a month since Oakville Grocery Co. (and more specifically its owner) were booted from the property after being there for just over three months, with the space taken over by a (coming soon) second location of Chloe's Corner at the Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.

The Breakfast Club is slated to open on November 14 next to the Tempe-based Celtic-themed breastaurant, The Tilted Kilt and The Strand, a new concept developed by Maven Hospitality Group of Tempe (who is also bringing the pan-Asian restaurant Silk Sushi to the complex in late fall), will open next week next to Fox Restaurant Concepts', The Arrogant Butcher. Chipotle will open in early December next to Five Guys and Jimmy John's.
