Happy Weekend Chow Bella Friends!

This weekend, we'll be pulling out our Hawaiian shirts, attempting to stay cool with vegan smoothies, and getting spicy with a batch of rooster sauce lollipops.

Check out what's on our plate.

Eat This: The Luau Plate at SanTan Brewery's 4th Annual Hawaiian Luau -- Join our favorite Chandler craft beer brewery tomorrow for a fun filled day of Hawaiian music and Hawaiian eats during their 4th Annual Hawaiian Luau. All day Saturday, you can get your hands on a tasty plate of slow roasted pig with lomi salmon, steamed rice, traditional Hawaiian macaroni salad, and a sweet coconut Haupia dessert. The brewery will even be offering up bomber shots of their summery Mr. Pineapple brew with coconut rum. Aloha!

Drink This: Paypaya Sunset Smoothie from Pomegranate Cafe -- If you can't make it to the beach, head over to Ahwatukee's vegan cafe for one of their refreshing (and super healthy) Papaya Sunset Smoothies. Papaya, mango, ginger, lime, orange juice, and a little bit of strawberry are all blended together in this pretty drink. Finish it off with a little fresh fruit and it's almost like you've got your toes in the sand....

Bake This: Sriracha Lollipops -- Sprinkle Bakes is at it again and this time she has taken our most favorite hot sauce and turned it into candy. That's right, Sriracha Lollipops. If you're anything like us, you put this stuff on anything and everything and have a totally open mind to making candy that is fortified with things that will burn your mouth. Even you don't want to eat candy made of things that burn, you can at least appreciate the gorgeous candy mold they came out of.
