Fans of country music, Jack Daniel's, and traditional Southern American eats in Peoria now can get a taste of all three at the newest Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill.

Named after the country star's 2003 single, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill in Peoria, at 9824 West Northern Avenue (99th and Northern Avenues), opened Thursday. The location joins 18 other franchises throughout the country, including Mesa and Tucson, Minneapolis, Denver, Cincinnati, and Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Here's what diners can expect.

The menu of familiar Southern-style American food will include dishes such as ribs, chicken wings, and a fried bologna sandwich along with sides like mashed sweet potatoes, creamed corn, mac 'n' cheese, and fried okra dusted with cornmeal.

Specialty cocktails featuring Jack Daniel's and Southern Comfort also will be available.

And because Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill is all about country, expect country music videos playing on several TV screens, live country bands and DJs, a guitar-shaped bar, and "cowgirl" servers donned in black tank tops, shorts, and cowboy boots.

And if you'd like a souvenir to commemorate your visit, there's a gift shop, too.
