The improv performer with Robot Destroyers from Planet Earth, host of Dr. Zombie's Movie Lab of Terror, creator of Mr. Sock and Fred the Mustard Packet comics and puppeteer performs a puppet show called The Temptations: Not the Musical Act Friday, September 3 at eye lounge. The event, which is the comedic re-telling of the story of the temptation of Jesus, is free and happens at 7, 8 and 9 p.m.

What'd you eat for dinner last night? I had some kind of a Polish sausage, maybe it was made of people. I'm not exactly sure what that was I put inside of me last night.

Favorite food: It's a toss-up between peanut butter and fried chicken.

Least favorite food: Cheese. I hate cheese and milk. I guess that means I hate (comic artist) Evan Dorkin, too. Cheese and milk are so gross to me! I know there is some kind of milk or butter in most baked goods, and I am kind of at peace with that. But man, I hate that friggin' butter cream frosting that seems to end up on most cakes. And don't get me started on yogurt and ranch dressing.

Favorite dessert: Monkey bars. They're these banana brownies made with brown sugar and chocolate chips. And, yes, there is a little butter. However, they are amazing. (Improviser) Michelle Edwards once made me a batch with peanut butter and crushed up Chick-O-Sticks, on top and mere adjectives cannot describe how amazing that was.

Favorite local restaurant and meal to order there: I love going to the Chino Bandido and ordering their Emerald Chicken in a urrito and Jade Red Chicken in a burrito with black beans and chicken fried rice. No cheese on the beans, please.

Favorite local bar and cocktail to order there: I love the Bikini Lounge! Of course I always get a PBR.

Favorite thing to cook at home: Kung Pao Chicken.

Favorite memory involving food: For one of my childhood birthdays, my mom made me a cake that looked like a martian's head. That was boss.

Recipe or food tip to share: Here's the recipe for Monkey Bars:

3/4 cup butter (I prefer fake butter)
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Powdered sugar, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 15x10x1" baking pan with a little shortening.
In a large mixer bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed until softened, about 30 seconds.
Add sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in bananas.
In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
With mixer on low speed gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture, beating until well mixed with wooden spoon.
Stir in semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
Spread batter in the greased baking pan.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan on a cooling rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Cut into bars.
