Avalon Wine Tasting
Tonight, join sommelier David M. Johnson at the stylish Avalon Restaurant in Scottsdale for an exciting and informative red wine tasting event. Sample 5 different styles of reds from California, Argentina, South Australia and Tuscany. Guests will also have the opportunity enjoy samples of Avalon's new chef Brandon Crouser's new wine-friendly cuisine. $60 ++ per person includes your own bottle of each wine sampled to take home. That works out to just $12 a bottle. RSVP at [email protected].

Kettle Corn
Next time you have a hankering for a batch of kettle corn, skip the festival and make it yourself in the comfort of your very own microwave. Homemade Brown Sugar Kettle Corn is so simple to make you will never have to go to the fair again. Be careful not to over cook or you will end up with a smokey, burnt mess. Trust us.
