Also tonight, learn about the joys of backyard composting at the Tempe Transportation Center with Doreen Pollack at 6:30 p.m. For a $10 donation you can learn all about what you need to do to help your garden strive and help reduce the waste you put into landfills by composting in your backyard. The folks over at Boa Bistro sure are keeping busy. When they aren't teaching you how to butcher rabbits or be a better vegetarian cook there are throwing unique wine dinners like the one coming up on May 2nd. Sunday's dinner will be hosted by Axel Stieglmar of Juris Wines. Chef Curry will be whipping up a five-course Austrian-inspired menu and all courses will be paired up with a specially selected wine.
