The Meat Shop in Phoenix is one of the best butchers in the city. Their cuts range from unusual to common. But all are produced in the most uncommon of ways, with control of the pigs "from birth to baby back," and a skilled team of butchers who treat every slab of beef, pork, or chicken like their own personal masterpiece.
