Bradley was only charged with one run during Sunday's game, but his ERA has ballooned to 11.17 during spring training.
It's the perfect time of year to get out and enjoy some Cactus League spring training action. As we gear up for the 2017 Arizona Diamondbacks campaign under Torey Lovullo, we know better than to expect too much after last year's disappointing season. It's time for starting pitchers Archie Bradley and Robbie Ray to live up to their potential, and for ace Zack Greinke to deliver the type of season that earned him that big free-agent payday prior to last season. Bradley faced the San Francisco Giants Sunday, March 12, at Scottsdale Stadium, and the defense didn't do him any favors as the team suffered a 12-4 loss. As usual, the fans enjoyed the drinks, food, and great weather, and paid little attention to the game after the first few innings. Photos by Jim Louvau.
