Don't feel like doing the grilling this July 4th? Get a healthy buzz of all-American pride by supporting a local business. One of these 11 metro Phoenix establishments will be happy to help you put together the perfect feast of food and beer. A couple of restaurants offer a spectacular view of fireworks displays around town, and others will pack up the food to takeaway to your boozy backyard party.

Salty Sow

The menu crafted by executive chef Richard Valazquez at Salty Sow -- including pastrami salmon with mustard-dill crème fraiche and Green Eggs & Ham with grits and parmesan basil -- is a celebration of American flavors. Entrées including milk-braised pork shoulder, crisp chicken thighs with neck bone gravy and fried smashed potatoes, and candied pork belly with collard greens and soy balsamic syrup (pictured above) are buy one, get one free beginning at 4 p.m. Book a table by calling 602-795-9463.

Roaring Fork

Also serving buy one get one entrées is Roaring Fork in Scottsdale. You can't go wrong with all-American entrées like the Big Ass Burger with longhorn cheddar, pepper bacon, and roasted poblano peppers; spit-roasted pork chop with tomato jam and pork jus; and boneless buttermilk-fried chicken with mashed potatoes and peppercorn fried chicken. Petite Maison

Although Petite Maison will be closed on Independence Day, the French restaurant is offering a Take & Make Lobster Boil, including ingredients, cooking instructions, bibs, and picks. For $55, you can get 2 pounds of live whole Maine lobster to take home and wrestle with, garlic new potatoes, jumbo asparagus, corn wheels, clarified butter, lemons, and a peach tartlet. Lobsters can be pre-cracked by request. Order by noon on Tuesday, July 2. Pick-up on Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. or on the Fourth of July from 9 a.m. to noon. Call 480-991-6887 to order. Chef James Porter has also crafted a prix fixe holiday menu to be served that weekend: Friday, July 5 to Sunday, July 7.

La Grande Orange

Need to pick up food for your private celebration? Swing into LGO to grab a signature pizza -- try The Fallen Angel with Schreiner's sausage, shaved fennel, roasted peppers, and cheese -- and sweets like brownies and cupcakes from the Bake Shop. While you're waiting for your to-go order to be prepared for your party, enjoy a glass of white sangria for only 4 cents. We recommend placing orders in advance; call 602-840-7777.

Chelsea's Kitchen

On Thursday, July 4, all entrées are buy one, get the second for $4. On the lighter side, try the addictive shaved Brussels sprout salad with almonds and salty Manchego cheese. Pieces of thick-cut bacon make it feel perfect for the Fourth. Chelsea's Kitchen also has taco platters with made-to-order corn tortillas and fillings like braised short rib and hardwood-grilled swordfish. And of course you can chow down on a juicy 100% grass fed chuck burger. For Southwestern flair, get the green chile burger with poblanos, cheddar cheese, and chipotle aioli. Eddie's House

For four days -- July 3 to July 6 -- Eddie's House will be celebrating two very special anniversaries. The first, of course, is Lady Liberty's 237th birthday. But Eddie's is also celebrating its own milestone: five years of serving food the Valley. Special menu items include a New England clam bake ($25), Wellfleet lobster roll with garlic fries and Cape Cod slaw ($23), and cantaloupe BBQ baby back rips with cheesy jalapeno cornbread ($25). And what's a summer holiday without an ice cold beverage? Session Red lagers are $3, and watermelon sangria is $5. Reservations can be made online or by calling 480-946-1622.

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

This Scottsdale resort will be hosting a Freedom Fest complete with concerts, fireworks, all-American fare, skydivers, and salutes to the military. Dance to live music under the stars on the Princess Lagoon Lawn on the evenings of July 4, 5, and 6. The pre-show is at 8 p.m., concert at 8:30, and fireworks at 9 -- all free to attend for resort guests. Before the party gets started, enjoy dinner at La Hacienda by Richard Sandoval and take advantage of the restaurant's brand new tequila bar with 200+ varieties from 36 labels. LUSTRE Rooftop Garden at CityScape

Want to wait for the weekend to celebrate the holiday? Blue Hound's All-American Rooftop BBQ will be on Friday, July 5 at 7 p.m. For $20, guests can get a burger, one drink ticket, and patriotic swag. Craft cocktails include several varieties of Southwest sangria, sun-soaked shandies ($10), and 100 Miles, a prickly pear "Caiproiska" ($12). There's also a "From the Urban Garden" fresh juice bar for designated drivers and other non-drinkers ($7 to $10). DJ Hartbreaks will be spinning on the rooftop all night, and partygoers can enjoy a view of the fireworks at Chase Field during the Diamondbacks' home game as they lounge by the pool.

Sapporo

This Scottsdale sushi restaurant will be offering holiday specials from Wednesday, July 3 to Sunday, July 7. Deals include the full summer happy hour food and drink menu, featuring select $5 red and white wines, discounted sushi rolls like salmon tempura ($7), and other tasty bites like calamari French fries and lobster potstickers with spicy chili butter ($8 each). Ideal for Independence Day, try the firecracker roll with seared yellowtail, crab, avocado, jalapeño, and garlic butter ($13), and pair it with The Red, White, and Blue, a delicate layering of grenadine, blue curacao, vodka, and lemon juice on the rocks ($10).

Sprinkles

No party is complete without sweets, and a box of cupcakes from this famous bakery will definitely do the trick. Special for Independence Day, you can order a lemon blueberry variety topped with patriotic stars. A fragrant lemon cake is studded with wild blueberries and finished with lemon cream cheese frosting. Available June 21 to July 7 only. Same-day pickup and delivery are available if you need a way to celebrate at the office or have to pick up something special for a last-minute get-together.

Bobby Q

When Phoenicians want finger-lickin' good barbecue in a contemporary cowboy setting, Bobby Q is at the top of the list. "The July Four" barbeque essentials, available for to-go orders on July 4th only, sports a patriotic price of $17.76.
