District American Kitchen & Wine Bar

All season long, you can order a Hog Nog for $9, featuring Schreiner's bacon that's infused with Rogue hazelnut spiced rum. The festive cocktail is a great complement to Christmas dinner, which will be served from 11:30 am to 9 pm. The three-course menu options include wild mushroom bisque, roasted baby beets and Brussels sprouts, Christmas ham with Saigon cinnamon glaze, herb marinated beef rib eye with tamarind jus, grilled salmon with fennel and chestnut salad, and salted caramel hazelnut truffle tart with sweet cherry ice cream. Many items at this Christmas buffet will be infused with Southwestern flavor, including eggs Benedict with chorizo and chipotle hollandaise, Southwestern Caesar salad, and grilled-to-order quesdaillas. There will also be king crab legs, roasted turkey, herb and citrus rubbed leg of lamb, and roasted prime rib. Desserts include Yule logs, tiramisu, pies, and cherries jubilee. A la carte options are available upon request, and a special buffet will be provided for kids. Go casual with an all-American buffet or family-style BBQ feast. Rico's American Grill is serving a buffet for $45, including pineapple-glazed ham, maple-glazed turkey, roasted prime rib, beer-brined chicken, and Dr. Pepper-basted pork shoulder. Or, enjoy platters heaped with rib eye steak, baby back ribs, whole-roasted chicken, butter grilled corn, roasted winter squash, and more at Hole-in-the-Wall for $39. Discounts are offered for seniors and children, and kids under 3 eat free.

Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs

Fine dining options are available beginning at noon on Christmas Day. For $47.95 per person, Pointe in Tyme has a gourmet buffet-style dinner of herb-crusted prime rib, grilled New Zealand lamb chops, seared grouper, whipped potatoes, fresh soups, seafood, imported and domestic cheeses, and assorted desserts. Different Pointe of View is serving a feast for $59.95 with grilled oysters on the half shell, achiote pork loin, slow-roasted prime rib, tom turkey breast, pan-seared cobia, port-braised pot roast, whipped mascarpone mashed potatoes, and much more. Discounts are offered for seniors and children, and kids under 3 eat free.
