Taco Tuesday's
We all know by now that tacos and Tuesdays go hand in hand. Tonight, get your taco on in the T. Cooks Lounge at the Royal Palms Hotel. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Sous Chef Sarah dreams up new specialty tacos for your enjoyment. The tacos change every night but the price is always $2 per taco. Tacos are served up in the Lounge from 5 p.m. till midnight or until they run out. Follow The Royal Palms on twitter or check their Facebook page to see what she's come up with for tonight.

Breakfast Cake!
Over here at Chow Bella we think that anytime is a great time for cake -- even breakfast time. We very rarely indulge in this type of behavior, but every once in awhile we must give into temptation, especially if it's "reduced guilt". This recipe for Blueberry Pound Cake is low fat and has only 290 calories per slice. Delish!
