Veterans Day is just around the corner, on Wednesday, November 11, and there's no shortage of Valley restaurants that are gearing up to honor our veterans in the best way possible — with free and discounted food. From pizza to BBQ, coffee and special menus, these restaurants have plans to thank veterans for their service to our country. All you need is a current military ID (or in some cases a uniform or VA card) to cash in on these special deals.
Located in North Phoenix, 32 Shea will offer all active or retired military men and women a free small coffee drink of their choice all day on November 11. Veterans will be honored at Cibo e Vino in Scottsdale with a free meal with the purchase of an entrée. Chompie’s will thank servicemen and women with a U.S. military ID all year by offering 20 percent off a single entrée.
