Tonto Bar & Grill Today
Today Cave Creek's Tonto Bar & Grill kicks off a month-long celebration of 20 years in business. Starting this week and throughout the month of December the restaurant will be bringing back some of the popular dishes featured over the years including Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions on Roasted Onions and Red Pepper Mashed Potatoes and Chili Lime Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Black Bean Cakes, Pepper Mango Salsa and Grilled Zucchini. The celebration begins today with one of owner Eric Flatt's personal favorites: Roasted Rack of Lamb with Balsamic-Thyme Jus.
