Well, for a limited time Zinburger at the Scottsdale Quarter is doing its best to draw you to their restaurant for lunch with a pretty sweet deal. On weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Tuesday, December 30 you can get a Plain & Simple burger, a handful of fries, and nonalcoholic beverage for $10. And yeah, the Plain & Simple burger is exactly what it sounds like: a Certified Angus Beef burger with lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a freshly baked bun.
Joe's Farm Grill Wednesday, November 5
Joe Johnston really knows how to make his customers feel appreciated. That's why every year for the last eight years his restaurant Joe's Farm Grill has hosted Customer Appreciation Day. This Wednesday to thank customers the restaurant will be offering a free cheeseburger to customers as a way of saying thank you for their loyalty and business. The deal is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and you must come in person to get your burger, fries, and fixings, and soda. C-CAP Arizona Harvest Moon Dinner Thursday, November 6
On Thursday, Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), will host a three-course dinner at the PHX Renews site featuring some of Arizona's up-and-coming chefs and C-CAP alumni. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring drinks from mixologist Micah Olson of Crudo & Bar Crudo and appetizers prepared by C-CAP teachers and students. Dinner will feature courses from chefs Jared Porter of Clever Koi, Matt Fenton of Tarbell's, and Therese Hills of My Sweet Blessings Bakery and will be emceed by Beau MacMillan of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain and Mark Tarbell of Tarbell's restaurant. The event costs $150 for general admission and $75 of the ticket price is tax deductible. Tickets can be purchased online. C-CAP is a national non-profit organization that "prepares at-risk high school students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry."
