Southern Rail Tonight
The latest installment of the 7 Chef dinner series will go down tonight at Southern Rail in Phoenix. The Fowl Out will feature seven courses of fowl-focused dishes from chefs including Cullen Campbell of Crudo, Tracy Dempsey of Tracy Dempsey Originals, Stephen Jones of Bootlegger, Bernie Kantak of Citizen Pubilc House/The Gladly, Gio Osso of Virtu, and Gregory Wiener of Top of the Rock. The menu includes dishes such as hot chicken with lardo hot sauce vinaigrette, pickles, and corn cake rolls; turkey tail ragu with porcini, polenta, and grana; and "Nog to the Egg," an egg custard tart made with AZ Bitters Lab Orange Bitters caramel, bourbon laced pineapple and sweet potato compote, and nutmeg crisp.
