Little Cleo's Wednesday, April 22

With likely only a few weeks left before we're sweating in the triple digits, now is the perfect time to celebrate Phoenix's perfect spring weather. This Wednesday, chef Eric Ramirez will highlight the season at a Spring Supper at Little Cleo's Seafood Legend in Phoenix. The six-course dinner starts off with an oyster shooter with gin, tomato water, and celery shrub, followed by dishes such as cuttlefish pad thai and Hokkaido scallops with king oyster mushrooms. Dinner is $55 a person, with the option of a $20 wine pairing. To see the full menu or to make reservations, visit the Little Cleo's website.
