The Gladly Today
In the words of Ron Burgundy in the movie Anchorman, "I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly..." Tonight The Gladly will feature two of the world's most acclaimed scotches, The Macallan and Highland Park. Chef Bernie Kantak will prepare a four-course dinner featuring fare such as steelhead crudo with green tea ponzu and peat smoked short ribs with parsnip puree. Each of the four courses includes a scotch pairing, plus a welcome cocktail. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. at 2201 East Camelback Road in Phoenix.
