Fans of Arizona wine can head to Rancho Pinot in Scottsdale this week for a winemaker dinner with Kent Callaghan. The four course dinner will be paired with four of Callaghan's wines including 2012 Lisa's white blend, 2009 Padres red blend, and 2009 Cabernet Red Dessert. The food menu, prepared by chef Chrysa Robertson, includes dishes such as grilled scallops with fennel-crab-orange butter sauce, house cured grilled duck breast and sausage with pomegranate sauce, and toasted olive oil cake with roasted figs and sabayon.
