Hana Japanese Eatery

Last week, we kicked off our March Madness Ultimate Battle of the Ramen with a throw down between Hana Japanese Eatery and Clever Koi. In the first match, during round one, Hana came out ahead thanks to well-balanced shoyu broth and perfectly roasted pork. Of course ,that's just the first of a series of match-ups we'll be sharing over the next few weeks while our tournament style battles goes on. You can check out the complete bracket here -- and do your own taste tests to see which bowl you think will reign king.
