This year Petite Maison in Scottsdale is offering a menu of gourmet American classics for their Fourth of July celebration. Guests will get a three-course menu that includes watermelon and heirloom tomato salad; grilled corn on a stick with basil butter, cotija cheese, and smoked paprika; and smoked salmon deviled eggs for the table to share. Diners also get their choice of entree: Freedom Foie Burger, Smoked Pork Tacos, Foot Long Kobe Beef Hot Dog, or Naked New England Lobstah Roll -- and dessert. The menu costs $31 a person and reservations are required. The restaurant also has a view of the fireworks at the W Hotel, which begin at 9 p.m.

Palette at Phoenix Art Museum

If you're not dead set on spending your Independence Day outside, then try this dining event on for size. Palette at the Phoenix Art Museum is hosting a Fourth of July Saucy Ribs & Sassy Swing Event that includes a barbeque buffet, cocktails and entertainment from the Upper East Side Big Band. The buffet will feature crispy chicken, baby back ribs with homemade sauce and glaze, summer salad, and fresh fruit cobblers, paired with Sweet & Smoky Sangria ($4 a glass) and other beer and cocktail options. Tickets cost $35 a person and include food and entertainment.

Salty Sow and Roaring Fork

Salty Sow in Phoenix and Roaring Fork in Scottsdale are keeping the Fourth of July Deals simple this year: purchase any entree and you can get a second one for free. Because what's more American than enjoying ridiculous amounts of food?

Sierra Bonita Grill

Cash in on four different $4 deals at Sierra Bonita Grill this Fourth of July. The Phoenix restaurant will be serving an All-American Hot Dog, Frito Pie, Hopper's Poppers, or Apple Cobbler for only $4 each. The hot dog, made locally by Schreiner's, will be served with all the fixings, while the Frito Pie will include Fritos topped with red chile pork, charro beans, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Drink specials will include a $4 draft beer or housemade margarita.

The Market by Jennifer's

Arcadia's The Market by Jennifer's is making your Fourth of July as painless as possible with their All American 4th of July Grab N' Go, which includes pork sandwiches or crispy fried chicken; potato salad; corn off the cobb; watermelon and feta salad; and peach cobbler for $15.95 a person. Orders must be placed on day in advance. The All American 4th of July Grab N' Go is available through Sunday, July 6.
