Behind the Bar: The El Chorro Sunrise at El Chorro Lodge

Yesterday, Steve Losey from El Chorro Lodge talked about the light, crisp taste of their signature drink, the El Chorro Sunrise. Sipping it while relaxing at El Chorro's indoor/outdoor bar will make you think you're sitting under a palm tree in the middle of the Caribbean -- it's that refreshing.

It's great for drinking on a warm day, which isn't a rare occurrence in Arizona. Plus the fruit in the drink will balance out all of El Chorro's famous sticky buns you ate!

The recipe:
1.5 ounces of Ciroc vodka
6 grapes
3 lime wedges
Splash of white cranberry juice
Dash of simple syrup
Splash of champagne

How to make it:
Muddle fruit in the bottom of the glass, add vodka, a dash of simple syrup, a splash of white cranberry juice, and top it off with a splash of champagne.
