Bluewater Grill's July Chef Demonstration: Andrew Capek

Like a little seafood with your summer? Executive Chef Andrew Capek of Bluewater Grill might have something for you.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, Capek will bring a three course menu inspired by three wines to Bluewater Grill, the seafood restaurant in Central Phoenix. Look for scallop escabache paired with Consilience Grenach Blanc, oysters gran formage paired with Terre di Gioia Pinot Nero, and a pepper crusted filet mignon paired with Piatelli Premium Malbec.
