Celebrity chef Bobby Flay, best known for his colorful personality, his interpretation of Southwestern food, his television shows, his two New York restaurants and, most famously, jumping up and down on a cutting table on Iron Chef, is coming to Scottsdale.

Flay, who recently made a cameo on HBO's Entourage, will be signing copies of his new cookbook, "Bobby Flay's Bar Americain Cookbook: Celebrate America's Great Flavors," at 11:30 a.m., Sunday, September 25, at Sur La Table in the Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.

Flay's new cookbook, which "will change the way any cook looks at our country's bounty," will be available for purchase on Tuesday, September 20, at Sur La Table, who's urging customers interested in attending the signing to pre-purchase the cookbook.

More Flay face time can be had a half hour before the singing at 11 a.m., Sunday, September 25, at the Kierland Commons Center Plaza, where Flay will host a question and answer session.
