The Caribean Candy Bar features coconut flan and candied coconut sprinkled with toasted almonds and topped with whipped cream and rum fudge sauce.
A dessert that's lighter than it looks, the flan is deliciously cool, smooth, and refreshing, the candied bits of coconut and toasted almonds add texture, and the rum fudge sauce is just enough to add a bit of warm, chocolate sweetness to this decidedly island indulgence.
