Restaurateur Tom Kaufman (owner of the Humble Pie pizzerias in Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, and Scottsdale) is opening a second location of his four-year-old Chandler wine café at 3890 West Happy Valley Road in Glendale (corner of Happy Valley and 39th Avenue).

Here's what diners can expect.

The new Living Room will open next to the Humble Pie at Stetson Village, on the Phoenix/Glendale border, on October 1.

Like the original wine café, the Glendale location will feature 25 wines, sangrias by the glass, shareable eats, and $5 glasses of wine every day until 6 p.m. Food items include lunch combos for under $10 as well as soups, salads, sandwiches, fondue, flat breads, and chocolate covered strawberries.

The space will feature comfortable seating areas as well as outdoor patios.
