Tonight Cheuvront's is hosting the Craggy Range New Zealand Wine Dinner from 7 - 9 p.m. Chef Ryan Rivera has put together a beautiful four-course meal featuring a mouthwatering main course of sea bass with cognac lobster butter sauce and kiwi cheesecake for dessert. All four-courses will be paired with wines from family-owned New Zealand winery Craggy Range. Dinner will set you back $55 ++ Reservations: 602-307-0022

Roast Salmon
How can something so cheap make everything taste so good? We're talking about chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and tonight we're going to crush them up and put them on salmon. It's not going to come out looking anything like the picture, but we know our attempt at Roast Salmon with Sweet Chipotle Glaze will taste heavenly because you just can't go wrong with that one little can of peppers.
